Course Goals: This course will prepare you to:
Describe the portal runtime architecture and major components involved in the request/response cycle.
Develop basic portal applications (components) and deploy them to a portal.
Develop components that utilize the HTMLB UI library.
Develop components which use the Model View Controller (MVC) approach. JSP pages and Java beans are used to demonstrate the techniques.
Debug portal applications using the NetWeaver Developer Studio debugger
Deploy portal components on NW04 portal installations.
